-
The AZ Senate sent a letter to the Maricopa Board of Supervisors regarding three serious issues:
- 1) Ongoing Non-Compliance with the Legislative Subpoenas
- 2) A directory full of databases related to the past 2020 election cycle was deleted ~10 day prior the delivery of the servers to the AZ Senate Audit.
- 3) Chain of Custody and Ballot Organization Anomalies
- We had a BIG win in the courts. The court made clear that the audit will continue. The Democrat’s legal delays and request for a rest order were denied. Maricopa County Superior Court Judge, Daniel Martin said the Democrat Party did not provide “substantive evidence of any breaches or threatened breaches of voter privacy.” The audit continues.
- The Brennan Center for Justice recently requested federal intervention in the Maricopa County election audit currently underway based on arguments that Arizona courts have already rejected for a lack of evidence. They provided no evidence, other than only what they “believe.” These basic arguments have already been rejected by non-partisan courts.
- Congressman Andy Biggs from Arizona’s 5th Congressional District took a tour of the audit grounds. He even tweeted the following from his official twitter account, “Today, I toured AZ’s election audit in Maricopa County. The tour is open to all delegation member, both Republicans & Democrats. I was very impressed w/ the diligence of the employees in keeping this process organized. It is paramount that we protect our election integrity.”
- Another great benchmark this week was that we returned half of the voting machines to Maricopa County after capturing all data. We are now moving on to Phase 2 and beginning the forensic analysis. The audit continues!
History of the Audit
On Friday, February 26th, Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Timothy Thomason that the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors must turn over ballots and tabulation machines to Senate Republican leaders so they can conduct an audit of the 2020 general election.Maricopa County Board of Supervisors has turned over the 2.1 million ballots cast in Maricopa County and the audit process has begun. It is being livestreamed around the clock.
We hope that patriots around the country who are concerned about the integrity of our elections will rise up and contribute to the cause. We believe the American public deserves to know the facts, whatever they ultimately are, about what took place in Maricopa County, Arizona during the 2020 elections.
The American public deserves the truth, whatever it is. And ensuring this audit is completed is the first step.
